I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful cottage. the owners were very welcoming and showed me around upon arrival. the cottage was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. the welcome basket was a lovely gesture, and being just a short walk from the beach was an added bonus.

We got great value for money at Old Templars Cottage. The room was spacious, relaxing, and had all the modern conveniences we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and a lovely 20-25 minute stroll into the center of Berwick. The staff treated us incredibly well, even picking us up from the station and making our dog feel welcome with treats and toys. We've already booked our next stay!
The food for breakfast could have been better.

Plenty of traditional pubs to enjoy, as well as a small local shop for essential items. The building is characterful and the beach promenade is perfect for a stroll. The local bus service is excellent and I even got to play some golf!
Oh, and the "plenty of free on-street parking" was such a burden. who needs easily accessible parking anyway?

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely cottage near a beautiful beach. The owners were welcoming, and the cottage itself was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely come back to this cozy home away from home.
